All payments are subject to the following conditions:-
1. Eligibility:
In order to use this Service, you must:
a) be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to legally undergo contractual obligations;
b) meet the Membership requirements as contained on the NES website;
c) provide true, complete and up-to-date education records and a valid email address;
d) not be – either individually or as a part of a group, entity or state, subject to FGN sanctions, embargoes and bans that prohibit the use of this Service;
e) be an ex-convict or under any known investigation by any Private, Public Organisations in Nigeria.
2. Liability:
The description of services of online fee payment is specific to your need when you log in with your unique password. All Fees quoted are in Nigerian Naira. NES reserves the right to change the fees at any time. Refer to the service confirmation against the fee prior to processing the payment.
Your payment will normally reach the NES account into which you are paying within wto working days.
a) If the card supplier declines payment the NES is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
b) In no event will NES be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
c) The NES shall not be in any way responsible or pay any compensation for any down-time that may occur.
3. Confidentiality:
The NES will maintain the confidentiality of each transaction and will not disclose the commercially sensitive information, except to the extent necessary for the Services.
4. Refund Policy:
All monies received via the online payment in to the NES bank account is NON-REFUNDABLE and not TRANSFERABLE regardless of the reasons for such refunds. Ensure that you have read the terms and conditions on the NES website (www.nes.org.ng/page/membership) before making any payments on this portal.
5. Privacy Policy:
This Privacy Policy applies to all fee payments listed by NES. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please feel free to contact us through our website or write to us at info@nes.org.ng
6. Changes to our Privacy Policy:
NES reserves the entire right to modify/amend/remove this privacy statement anytime and without any reason. Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract/agreement between the Society and any user visiting NES portal/website or providing identifying information of any kind.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.
7. Applicable Law:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All disputes between NES and her Customers (whether or not such dispute involves a third party) shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court of Law in the City/State in Nigeria where such customer is resident.
