Our Aims &
Objectives
a. To advance practical knowledge in environmental technology design, construction operation maintenance and management control systems for facilities.
b. To increase the understanding of the nature and function of the earth’s natural ecosystem, encourage and promote actions necessary to promote and enhance their conservation.
c. To implement the objectives stated herein through the support and encouragement of both new and existing organisations throughout the world incorporating members of all professions involved in environmental quality improvements.
d. To stimulate public awareness of environmental quality controls to the general public and establish the need for preservation, conservation and re-use of natural resources.
Foster Professionalism
To foster and promote the profession of environmental science and engineering in theory and practice and also enhance the usefulness of the profession in the public.
Outreach
To deliver and hold lectures, exhibitions, public meetings, classes, examinations and conferences calculated directly or indirectly to benefit or advance the works, aims and objectives of the society.
Public Partnerships
To promote public understanding and encourage a sound national policy in matters relating to environmental quality control field
Promote Wellbeing
To promote and foster the well being and interest of environmental scientists and engineers and other related professionals.
